No. White-Glove Development is designed for people who don't want to be involved in the technical build at all. You share your goals and requirements on a discovery call, we scope a fixed-price proposal, and our team designs, builds, and deploys the product. You're kept informed with milestone updates, but there's no requirement to attend build sessions, learn any tools, or write any code yourself.

Learn & Build is a live, 1-on-1 mentorship experience — you sit in on sessions and build alongside us so you understand and can maintain the product yourself afterward. White-Glove Development is fully hands-off: our team builds the entire product independently and hands you the finished, deployed product with full ownership. Choose Learn & Build if you want the skills; choose White-Glove if you just want the product.

You do — 100%. Every White-Glove engagement starts with a signed NDA, and all source code, repositories, databases, and deployment access are transferred to you in full at handover. We do not retain rights to reuse, reference, or disclose any part of your project.

It starts with a free discovery call to understand your idea and goals. We then send a fixed-price proposal with a defined scope, timeline, and tech stack. Once approved, our team builds your product, sharing milestone demos and progress updates along the way. At the end, we deploy the product to production and hand over full code and access.

You'll receive progress updates at each project milestone, along with demo videos or live walkthroughs of completed features. For ongoing projects, we also provide access to a private communication channel so you can ask questions or request changes at any time — without needing to sit through a technical session.

Full-stack development, database and API architecture, third-party integrations, deployment and hosting setup, and QA testing are all included. Exact deliverables depend on the scope agreed in your proposal — for example, a Full Product Build also includes admin tooling and an optional post-launch support plan.

Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and timeline of your specific product. After your discovery call, we send a fixed-price proposal so you know the total cost upfront before any work begins — there are no hourly rates or open-ended billing.

Timelines vary based on scope — a focused MVP Build typically ships faster than a Full Product Build with multiple integrations and admin tooling. We'll give you a specific timeline as part of your proposal after the discovery call.

The AI tooling costs (Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.) our team uses to build your product are included in your fixed-price quote. If your app needs an AI API as a feature of the product itself — for example calling OpenAI or Claude from within your app — those ongoing API usage costs are billed separately by the provider, not by us. Hosting, frontend/backend infrastructure, and database costs (e.g. Netlify, Render, Supabase) are also not included in our pricing and are billed directly to you by those providers.

We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before every engagement — no exceptions. Your idea, source code, business logic, and intellectual property remain 100% yours at all times. We never share, reuse, or disclose any part of your project to any third party.
