Overview

These terms govern your use of the StackForge AI Labs website and any enquiry you submit through it. The specific terms of any paid engagement, whether a business project, a training workshop, mentorship sessions or White-Glove development, are set out in the separate written agreement and NDA you sign before work begins, which take precedence over this page.

Our services

We provide two groups of services:

• For businesses: AI automation, custom AI applications, AI agents, and AI training and consulting for teams.
• For founders and individuals:1-on-1 AI development mentorship (“Learn & Build”) and done-for-you software development (“White-Glove Development”).

Business services and White-Glove projects are scoped and quoted after a free discovery call. Mentorship session and package prices shown on this site are indicative. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until confirmed in a written agreement.

Ownership & confidentiality

You retain full ownership of all source code, repositories, databases, automation workflows, and intellectual property produced for you. Every engagement is covered by a signed NDA. We do not use your project in our portfolio or for any other purpose without your explicit written permission.

Third-party costs

Ongoing infrastructure, subscription and API costs (for example hosting, databases, automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier, or AI model APIs) are billed directly to you by those providers and are not included in our pricing unless stated otherwise in your agreement.

AI systems and your data

AI models can produce incorrect or unexpected output. Where an automation, application or AI agent we build affects customers, money or important decisions, we design in human review steps, and you remain responsible for reviewing and approving how it is used in your business. We only access the systems and data needed for the work, and only as agreed with you.

No guarantee of outcomes

We deliver our services with professional skill and care, but we do not guarantee any specific business result, cost saving, revenue, or funding outcome from an automation, application, agent or product we build or help you build.
