Overview
These terms govern your use of the StackForge AI Labs website and any enquiry you submit through it. The specific terms of any paid engagement, mentorship sessions or White-Glove development, are set out in the separate written agreement and NDA you sign before work begins, which take precedence over this page.
Our services
We provide 1-on-1 AI development mentorship (“Learn & Build”) and done-for-you software development (“White-Glove Development”). Session and package prices shown on this site are indicative; White-Glove projects are quoted at a fixed price after a discovery call. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until confirmed in a written agreement.
Ownership & confidentiality
You retain full ownership of all source code, repositories, databases, and intellectual property produced for you. Every engagement is covered by a signed NDA. We do not use your project in our portfolio or for any other purpose without your explicit written permission.
Third-party costs
Ongoing infrastructure and API costs (for example hosting, databases, or AI APIs used as a feature of your product) are billed directly to you by those providers and are not included in our session or package pricing unless stated otherwise in your agreement.
No guarantee of outcomes
We deliver our services with professional skill and care, but we do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue, or funding outcome from a product we help build.
