Damien Rozan
Founder & Lead AI Developer

I’ve been working with generative AI since ChatGPT first launched in November 2022. What started as exploring the possibilities of GPT-3.5 quickly turned into a much deeper interest in how AI could be used to build real software, automate workflows, and turn ideas into working products.
As the technology evolved, so did the way I worked with it, moving from using AI for research and content into AI-assisted development, building mobile apps, websites, SaaS products, marketplaces, and AI-powered tools. Since 2025 I’ve been professionally building AI-powered applications and digital products, using AI as a core part of my development process every day. Today I work with tools like Claude Code, Windsurf/Devin, and OpenAI Codex alongside Next.js, React, React Native, Expo, TypeScript, Supabase, and modern AI APIs.
A big part of my work is automation. I’ve built a lot of automated workflows, connecting apps, APIs, and AI models to remove repetitive manual work and let systems run themselves. That also extends to AI-driven QA automation: using tools like Playwright to generate, run, and maintain end-to-end tests so products ship faster and stay reliable.
But AI development is much more than asking an AI to “build an app.” The real skill is knowing how to structure a project, choose the right technology, guide the AI effectively, troubleshoot problems, connect databases and APIs, test properly, and take a product all the way through to launch. That experience is what led me to create StackForge AI Labs, where I work with founders, entrepreneurs, and businesses either by building their product for them or by working alongside them 1-on-1 and teaching them to build it themselves.
AI has changed who can build software. My goal is to help people use that opportunity properly and turn their ideas into real products.
