The Challenge
Streamlining complex business operations and reducing manual tasks. Work moved through several stages of an operational process, with repetitive steps that took time and made consistency harder to maintain.
The Approach
Combining AI-assisted application development with workflow analysis and automation: analyzing how existing workflows actually run, identifying repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation, translating business requirements into working software, and setting up automated testing for the apps involved.
